New for 2009
An exciting innovative tenpin and wellbeing program.
Targeted for children of primary school age regardless if they have played tenpin before or it is their first time.
This carefully structured program runs from February until mid December and involves many significant components to achieve a holistic benefit for each child.
Contents of the program
Coach Garvin is opening up his busy schedule to dedicate himself to connect kids with sport, fitness, healthy eating, general wellbeing, communication development, confidence and more.
His programs are based around consolidated learning at a self learning pace. He believes learning should be fun and lots of it along with structured boundaries and rewards for development progress.
The program is not centered about competition and winning although there will be a mini league each term. It's more about personal development in achieving progress goals. There will be a monthly tournament for prizes to gauge their development.

Robert Stephens bowls his first 300 game tonight
Well done to Robo bowling a 300 game in the last at Epping Bowl tonight in the Sports Singles League and a PB series of 695.
Earlier games of 217 and 178 were in par of his games over the last couple of weeks where he has shot around a 200 average. Changing to the Total NV during the second game after being 80 in the 6th, he closed out for a 178.
Then comes 11 pocket ball strikes and a brooklyn on the 12th with the three pin splitting the 6 and 10 pin for that perfect game and its accolades.
Robo has certainly is at the next level in his development and game, just hold onto it to establish this level.
As a junior bowler it is special when they roll a 300 and Robo certainly has loved the game, spent a lot of time in the game and hs achieved this moment he will cherish forever. For his mum Janet who does a lot of travelling between leagues, competitons and practice, it was great she saw the game as well.

Coach Garvin - Rachuig Coach |
|
Sunday, 23 September 2007 |
September 20th 2007
Congratulations go out to Coach Garvin who has been drafted to Coach the Nth Queensland Women's Rachuig team competing at Altona Bowl in the upcoming championships.
Working with Queensland Head Coach Gail Torrens, they both will ensure that this team gets the best support available to them during Rachuig.
Lets see how Coach handles coaching a different State Team. From what he has said, there will be no holding back, let the girls enjoy their time, experience the most they can out of the comp and hold their head up high at the end regardless how they finish.
Rachuig is held at Altona Bowl during the dates of October 16th - 18th 2007.
